Our client a fresh and modern insurance company is requiring additional Sales & Service Representatives for its already busy team.

Located in the heart of the CBD this role is close to all public transport and has a open, friendly team environment.

The role is varied and will include:

• Answering inbound customer enquiries
• Managing all written enquires
• Capitalising on up selling opportunities and making outbound sales calls to current and cold customer bases
• Working as a productive team to make common goals.
• resolve complaints as received and work towards the retention of existing customers
• Liaise with internal and external customers so all requests are actioned.
• Work within a contact centre, KPI driven team.
• Carry out administration duties

To be successful in this role you will need to posses:

• Clear concise verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
• Previous outbound experience, insurance experience is a plus
• A passion for sales
• A proven ability to consistently meet KPI and target requirements
• Good attention to detail
• Tenacity and Patience
• A high motivation for success!
